Mani is currently the assurance partner of AOGB Professional Services Group, which provides a wide range of professional services including accounting, auditing, business consulting, capital raising, information technology advisory, regulatory compliance, taxation and etc.

 

He has been working in the Treasury Department of the Hong Kong government and was the Senior Finance Manager of a listed PRC State-Owned Real Estate Group with annual revenue more than RMB20 billion. He has solid and extensive experience in the areas of public companies’ operations, financial management, hedging and risk management, corporate governance and corporate financing including bond issuance and loan negotiation.

 

In addition, Mani has been seconded to a construction project with a contract sum more than HK$8 billion to monitor its financial operation and budgetary control at project level.

 

Prior to that, Mani has gained years of experience in two of the accounting Big Four firms, namely, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Ernst & Young, specialising in the industries of real estate, construction and financial institution.

 

Mani is a certified public accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”), a Chartered Secretary (“CS”) and Chartered Governance Professional (“CGP”) of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (“HKCGI”).  In addition, he is also qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner (“CFE”) of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (“ACFE”) and he possesses unique expertise in preventing and detecting fraud within an organization.
