Stephen is currently the independent senior advisor of corporate advisory  of AOGB Professional Services Group in which providing a wide range of corporate advisory services including M&A Consultancy, Restructuring Advisory, IPO, Capital Market Advisory.

Stephen has been working in finance industry for years, and started his career in a Top 3 stated-owned financial institution - Haitong International Securities Limited and established his own licensed boutique financial service firms afterwards. In the meantime, he was serving as board director in two Hong Kong listed companies appointed in different committees as Chairman.

During more than a decade of professional exposures, Stephen acquired extensive experience shaping his expertise in M&A and Restructuring advisory as well as rich experience in capital market fund-raising campaigns. He participated in various sizeable M&A deals across different countries such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia as well as United Kingdom in different sectors not limited to mining, resources, F&B, fashion brand, manufacturing etc. Turning to capital market, he successfully raised aggregated USD 1 billion for various Hong Kong, US, European private and public companies in its fund-raising campaigns in which the investors including well-known family offices and funds.

Stephen graduated from the University of Exeter in England with a Bachelor’s Degree(Hons) of Business Studies-Finance Economics. He also obtained a Graduate Diploma of English and Hong Kong Law, and a honour degree of Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from Manchester Metropolitan University. Moreover, he is a qualified Responsible Officer under Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong.
