Michelle is the Advisory Partner at AOGB Professional Services Group, with over 20 years of work experience in areas including but not limited to financial management, internal control, risk management, internal audits and external audits.

 

Prior to joining AOGB, Michelle served as Group Finance Vice General Manager of a top 30 Chinese real estate conglomerate listed in Hong Kong, with total assets exceeding RMB 300 billion. She was responsible for information disclosure , offshore restructuring, financial reporting, optimization of Pre-deal structures, compliance management, and full budgeting management for real estate projects. Michelle also led the spin-off and IPO work for the group's subsidiaries (such as the commercial group,culture and sports group, and pharmaceutical company).

 

Michelle has over 13 years of experience working at the global "Big Four" accounting firms at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. Her clients included US-listed companies, Hong Kong-listed companies, Chinese domestic listed companies, and Malaysian listed companies, for whom she provided advisory services on internal control compliance, internal audit, financial and accounting advisory, and risk management.

 

Michelle specializes in industries such as real estate development, commercial operations/property management, cultural/ sports stadium management , passenger/freight transportation,  hotel management, catering management, pharmaceutical manufacture, industrial park development and operations, resorts and tourism, and retail.

 

Michelle is a Certified Practicing Accountant (“CPA (Australia)”), a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”), and Certified Control Self-Assessment (“CCSA”). She is skilled at providing one-stop solutions to address client’s issues particularly in financial, internal control, deal structure, and information disclosure compliance.
